WHITE BEAN SOUP - 'FASOLADA COMPETITION'

White bean soup - “Fasolada” cooking competition !

A very original competition was carried out on Sunday,
March 30th 2008 in the premises of the American Farm School,
with many participants and 350 attendants.

The service of the dinner with the traditional fasting delicacies
& the traditional white bean soup “fasolada”, as well as the professional
service was sponsored by F ZONE, the catering department
of the hospitality family P.A.P Corp.

Participating in the competition, apart from others, were also the students
of the Culinary Arts course of HOTELIA, the Hotel & Restaurant Management School of P.A.P Corp.
